Quick Reply Error

We recently updated and now if there is no comments on the photo the quick reply box is all the way on the right but if you post a comment it goes in the right spot below the details. Can someone tell me how to fix the box to where it will go right below the details box (when there is no comments)

That to me looks like a problem with html in a header or footer being off. I have not seen this before. If you turn off your vb3 integration under the 3 vb3 boxes in admin edit integration does the page appear correct?
