Unknown Error.

I have a feeling I am in the wrong place, and I apologize in advance, but I wasn't sure where to ask this.

I have a user that cannot upload to the gallery. This is the message she gets:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 13200 bytes) in /home/digi2/public_html/gallery/image-inc.php on line 117

I logged in as her from my control panel to see if it's her computer or what, but I get the same message. I then attempted to upload as myself and I was successful. I was also successful when uploading as another user in her usergroup. This leads me to believe that the issue is with her account.

Any suggestions?

*One more thing: our gallery requires you to upload at a max of 500x500 pixels and 150kb. The photo I used to test the three times were all well withing this range.

Sounds to me like a memory issue processing the image this should help

and it worked like a charm. I looked up her user number and then just cleared out her folder. I was able to login and upload as her just fine after that!
