Question Is vB3's Member Groups system properly supported?

I have a user group "Gallery Admin" which is set to be able to administer pp.

When a user has this as a membergroup and not their primary group they are not granted access.

How can I get pp to properly use vB3's permisions.

Thanks

Have you set the usergroup up in PP also?

In pp

Administrators have No for admin access and Gallery Admin have Yes.

When a user with Administrators as the primary group and Gallery Admin as a Membergroup tries to administer the gallery, they are told that they are not a valid administrator.

Does 4.8.2 address the issue of vB3 member group support?

Can I now give members gallery privileges by adding a vB3 group membership instead of moving them from one group to another?

Thanks

That is a blow.

Granting/denying privileges by adding/removing group memberships is a major part of vB3's permissions system.

Are you working on supporting it properly?
