Success. Created .xml and installed. Seeing PhotoPost the way it should be. I guess it has a separate admin screen than vbulletin's and man is it comprehensive. Why the hell did I mess around with vbgallery?? I could have gotten a lot more sleep. At least now, I've finished before midnight and have six hours all to myself now.

Very happy at this point. Thank you very much Chuck for all your patience and support and I've learned a thing or two about database names, server paths and attention to details like that damned vB.

Thank you. You too!

BTW, I'm just testing out the software before I hit the sack and I uploaded one photo which seems successful but at the very top of the page, I see this:

Warning: mysql_fetch_row(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /homepages/21/d399019540/htdocs/photopost/forums/vb3.php on line 213

Is there one last edit I need to make somewhere in a config file?

sounds to me like maybe you deleted the vbulletin location profile field.
