| Navbar button missing after upgrade
Hello Chuck,
I have just upgraded from PhotoPost Pro 7.0 to 8.2
I had two buttons on the Navbar. [Gallery] and [Fish Database]
The [Fish Database] button/link is still there after the upgrade but the [Gallery] is missing. If I manually enter the URL "http://www.brevardareareefsociety.com/photopost/index.php", I can see it exists and works fine.
How do I get the [Gallery] button/link back on the Navbar like the [Fish Database] button/link appears now?
Thank you,
Jerry

Did you follow the upgrade instructions in the documentation folder of the downloadeded code per our announcement here for PP8 and reinstall the vb4 plugins?
I would think if you do that your issue would be resolved.

Are you referring to this: New plugins included in download.
1. In the install directory set permissions on the file product_pppro.xml, source-vb4.xml and source-vb42.xml files to 777
2. Go to your photopost admin panel ( http://www.yoursite.com/gallery/adm-index.php )and hit the option to generate vbulletin plugin xml. That file will download to your computer.
3. Go into your vbulletin admin panel and under plugins & products select the option to manage products. You can then use the add/import product option
and upload the xml file you downloaded to your computer called product_pppro.xml file. Once that is done your forum will show gallery content.
4. Thats it your done!!
If so, then yes I did do this.

You can send login info through the contact us link. I can not guess what issue you have without seeing what issue you have.

This had nothing to do with our product at all
You where also missing any tabs except the forum tab in your vb no blog no cms no articles etc.
It appears you had edited your navbar template and as a result when you upgraded your forum you broke things because the vb 4.2 navigation is different. I went in hit revert template on the navbar template and your good to go. Brevard Area Reef Society |

Not a problem once I saw our button did exist under the navigation manager and you had no other buttons I know what your issue was.
