There is no upgrade script to run for this upgrade just upload the changed files listed above. The only full directory that has to be uploaded is stylesheets directory if you are using the standalone style.

Be careful to pay attention to what version your using. The announcement above is strictly for upgrading from 8.22.

To upgrade from earlier versions you would follow the upgrade steps outlined in the upgrade text in the documentations folder of the downloaded code.
