Upgrade instructions are included in the documentations folder of the downloaded code.

Thanks Chuck, realised that after downloading and examining the files, would perhaps in the future be useful to mention upgrade in the installation manual though.

The announcements on the upgrade do state explicitly the upgrade instructions are in the documentations folder.
