A very simple but baffling question

I'm about to upgrade my copy of photopost. I'm left wondering which of the links I click in upgrade.php

DO I click the version I want to upgrade to?

Or do I have to click them one at a time to step through the various upgrades?

For those interested in the answer you would click each upgrade you need to run from the version you are upgrading from to the latest.
