mobile header question

When I go to the mobile site I see $globals[webname] at the top

Since I saw a edit Mobile header link in admin, I tried that
It says the file doesnt exist but its looking for
/ppost/templates/gallery/header.htm
which doenst exist
but /ppost/templates/mobile/header.htm
does exist
why wouldn't the Edit Mobile Header link point to the file called header in the mobile folder ?

It is designed to edit the header based on what template set your in which means when viewing in mobile you should be able to edit the header but you should be able to alter the adm-misc.php file and make the mobile_header line this
