Number of Top Posters to display

If you change this from 20 to something else (smaller) it doesn't change it. I set mine first to 10 and it still showed 20. Then I set it to 4, no change.

Again, like my other bug I posted, turning on/off other PALS fixed this issue. So I guess ignore.
