You would need to change all the urls in global and storage options.

Really without providing us the proper info and examples it is hard to post a proper answer.

The same problem here Chuck.
Sorry but I am only allowed to post URLs to other sites after I have made 15 posts or more. So please set https : // www . before the URLs below.

PhotoPost Site (called Fotoalbum) with SSL: baeckerei-lieb.de/photopost/
Main categorie with SSL: baeckerei-lieb.de/photopost/g2-brotsorten.html
The Photo without SSL: baeckerei-lieb.de/photopost/brotsorten/p8-walkerbrot.html (Popup with Browser-Warning)

Have you Chuck a solution for this problem?

Thank you and kind regards

Photopost runs on ONE DOMAIN NAME those urls are set in your global options so really the solution is to pick how your going to install the application. You can not use multiple domain names over the application.

www.domain.com is different than domain.com

http://www.domain.com is different than https://www.domain.com

Do you follow what I am saying here. When you install PhotoPost you choose what the url you are installing it to is. You can not access it by other urls.

Okay as long as all the urls in global and storage options are the same the url will be the same.

what exactly are you trying to say? If the urls for pictures are different then the storage options are not using https.

That is the answer I gave above to the other individual and the same as I posted above to you.

I try to say that I cannot determine errors with URL or the PATHs settings.
Neither in the global options nor in the storage settings.
In my opinion the adjustments in the Admin Menu are correct.
Sorry for demand of your time.

If the image url is different that the url in global options then your url is storage options is not correct.

https://www.baeckerei-lieb.de/photopost/

Your images all seem to be using https as well as your urls so not real sure what issue your having.

Thank you Chuck for your patience!
I'm sorry that I cannot explain it better.

Now, I have bought the Installation Service, so you can check which error I have.
In PhotoPost main » categorie » photo, I get a SSL-browser warning.
If I click in the photo itself (showfull popup), I get "https" again.

I also see a "double-slash" in the URL » /photopost//Kleingebäck/p182-Kleingebäck.html if I click in a photo in CMS widget or in forum home.

Regards

Attachements:

1.) PhotoPost Home
2.) Home » Main » Categorie » Photo
3.) Showfull
4.) Double slash from CMS-Widget in forumhome

I do not think you need an install service as the application is already installed.

I am not really sure what you want me to do as far as an SSL warning. I answered the question posed here about the user posting in this thread about his photo url was not the ssl url and that is why he had to update his storage options.

Therefore your program looks like all the urls are right

https://baeckerei-lieb.de/photopost/index.php

https://www.baeckerei-lieb.de/photop...-suedback.html

https://www.baeckerei-lieb.de/photop...ckforum-2.html

If I view anything in my browser on the gallery everything views fine so I see no problems.

As far as your CMS widget just make sure whatever hack your using that whatever path or coding your using does not have a double slash. Something like that is not supported code from us. Meaning it is not part of the photopost application.

I am by no means an ssl expert but that is outside the support parameters of our application. Am I able to tell you why you do not get a fully encrypted url when viewing a photo no.

The support perspective here is do all the parts of the program use the urls specified in the options and that answer is yes. This is the thread you have posted in and how I responded is this is what was asked here.

Maybe try turning off features like next previous images or any java like lightbox or anything else one might think conflicts with ssl encryption. I would not be able to tell you why the page can not be ssl encrypted. There is no feature on our application that we state it can be used as an ssl encrypted application. It is a community photo gallery. The features we support are listed here.

Now I found the problem.

The social-links in showphoto.tmpl are not secure.

Yes those urls would not be ssl nor could they be. You probally want to edit the showphoto template and remove the social links if you want that page encrypted.

Then you can manually set the urls in showphoto.tmpl and see if that works for you. There is no meantion that I see on facebook of ssl so if it works it works but they do not make it notable.
