What is "Generate Vbulletin XML plugin"?

I am wondering what the "generate vbulletin xml plugin" does in the admin section. When I click the "generate xml file" button I get the errors below

Thank you so much. I've installed photopost 5+ times and never released there was a documentation folder. I usually just read the instructions in the members area. Might I suggest those be updated when time permits.

Also, is there any way to customize the plugin? i.e. move it to a new location, add it to the forum sidebar, choose how many pictures are displayed? I did not see any other documentation on the plugin or any place in either admin section to customize, so I assume the features aren't available?

In vbulletin 4 plugins are coded to a specific location and only work there as everything has to be declared etc. It is not an echo and print like in vb3.

There may be in the future settings added to exclude categories etc. You would not be able to move to a new location though.
