Keywords duplicated in PP8.0

Upgrade 7.1 to 8.0 was smooth. I have noticed that keywords are shown twice as you can see from the attachment. Also, how do members rate a photo, can't see that. It is enabled in admin.

At the bottom of the showphoto template remove this

As far as rating a photo mouse over the stars as long as its not your photo it should work.
