Error on new install

Hi,

I'm new to Photopost, but after looking to many web sites decide to get one license and opted for Pro version 8.0 RC1, and install it integrated with vBulletin 4.1.9

I have the option that my host services install for me, because they are vB especialists, and work every day with vB and all they brand of programs, plugins, addons, etc...

OK, after they install Photopost, I have this errors:

- Thumbnails are in grey colors or blue colors
- Thumbnails are very low quality
- Thumbnails are nor showing in forum index, just some letters and a "X"
- Medium pics are the same than Thumbnails (grey and low quality)
- If you click to get full picture it opens and look some times good, sometimes bad (grey or blue)

Please look at attachment...

Is there some bad in my Admin Photopost settings? remember I'm new...

Can you help?

Really hard to assist without a url. I do not see anything wrong with your initial picture.

Your second picture try making sure your image processor switch is set correctly. Like it should say GD2 not GD1 and then under admin scan database check the options to rebuild your thumbnails and medium images.

Your third image under admiin edit integration in photopost admin the data url has to have a trailing slash.
