Error creating thumbnail message

Our host moved us to a new server. Now when we try and upload pics, we get the following error message. Help?

Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 127

Command:

You have not set the proper server path to mogrify in your config settings

Your resolution is one of these two things

1. set the proper path to mogrify on your config settings

or

2. set your image processor to GD2 under global options.
