| vBulletin Installation/Integration Common Issues and Resolutions.
Number 4 on that tutorial of the most common issues should resolve your issue. Reinstalling and entering the correct information for vbulletin database and table prefix's on install will remedy that issue.

Chuck for sure i already did the correct setting if the db name or the table prefix is wrong then it will not give any screen output , it puts this warning on top and then the page proceeds with the normal screen and if im logged in as admin in the vbulleting then try to go to the admin page of photopost , it says not a valid administrator or mooderator

sorry chuck i installed it AGAIN AFTER DELETING THE TABLES AND IT WORKED FINE , NOW THE ISSUE IS AFTER I LOOGED IN with admin id or any id i come to the page of mine and over there if i click on upload photos it gives info saying sorry you are not allowed to upload photos , do i need to give more permissions to create category type and upload photos.
Now i need the part like where i will integrate this with vBulletin® Version 4.1.5 , like will it be in the forum or how will i do it is thr a good integration between both.

You need to as admin set usergroup permissions under photopost admin edit usergroups.
As far as making things show in vb4 forum that is a plugin or mod as its called. You can go to the photopost mods forum and download the plugin here http://www.photopost.com/forum/1259878-post1.html |

It always helps to have a url to see what you mean. Perhaps maybe you turned on SEO urls without renaming the included HTACCESS file to .htaccess?

I would suggest trying the seo if you rename that file I noted to .htaccess and test if things work with your server.
As far as exif you need to have jhead installed on your server if you have that on the server then you can setup exif.
