Error creating thumbnail!

I get the following error message when I attempt to upload an image:

Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 1

Command:

"/usr/bin/convert" +profile "*" -size 100x18 -quality 70 -geometry 100x18 '/home/sites/themeheaders.com/public_html/gallery/data/2/thumbs/anger02_800x140.jpg'

Have I missed a step during installation? And if so, where do I go to correct it? Or is something else wrong?

You need to place the proper correct path to mogrify in your config like the example maybe

/usr/bin/mogrify

Hi, Chuck,

"/usr/bin/convert" appears to be the correct path. That is what Heart Internet (my hosts) say it should be.
I was using ImageMagik, but have changed to DD2 (I think I got that right!) and it is now working - without changing the path.

we use mogrify in our program not convert. You can try what I wrote and it should work but using GD2 would also solve your issue as that is the other image processor on most servers.
