Upgrading

I'm upgrading to 7.1, but have no idea how to find out what version I am currently running. How can you tell?

That version is displayed in your admin panel always in the stats.

Everything seems to have gone ok except for this error when I attempt to upload a new photo:

/usr/bin/mogrify" -thumbnail 120x78^ -quality 70

Also when I click any of the images in my gallery under most recent:
A community photo gallery - WisconsinOutdoorsman Photo Gallery

I get a page that is blown out in width. (I am fixed width 1024).

two things

1. thats a partial error so cant comment fully but try setting your processor to gd2 and see if uploads work as your error would indicate some sort of mogrify issue.

2. Your electing to break the width with the settings your using. For one on fixed width pages you probally dont want to use a sidebar on the showphoto pages. Next your next previous images you have turned to top which means its going to print 7 images horizontally across the page and what makes it worse if your using a thumbnail overlay which makes each thumbnail 167 pixels wide.

a. try setting a different thumbnail overlay

b. try turning the next previous on off top left right bottom and 1 rows etc all through the settings in showphoto in admin for that feature.

It is all about the right combination of features when restricting page width. You will never be able to squeeze 1400 pixel wide of info in a 1024 pixel space without scrolling.

Hmmm, 6.x.x used to fit just fine in fixed width.

Main Index - OhioSportsman Photo Gallery

Must be a setting somewhere.

Ok, I've got all my upgrade issues worked except for 2:

1. If I can't force all the photos from a user's gallery into lets say 3 columns on a page like this:

gill - WisconsinOutdoorsman Photo Gallery

how do I just remove that feature all together? I can't seem to find where it is being done in showphoto.tmpl.

2. The edit/delete photo link does nothing. Seems to be an issue with javascipt (which is enabled on my browser).

You have turned off the features I see so you found that setting as I noted in my last reply they are all under showphoto options.

if you hit the move/delete link as admin you need to look UNDER the photo details as always that is where that block has displayed. The ajax switch simply hides or shows that block.
