problem with Gallery

Completed the install, all worked correctly (no errors).

However, when I try to access my gallery or any of the user category galleries, I get a page not found?

any ideas, what did I miss?

Ok, fixed that problem, I had selected SEO option and it was causing me problems. However now when I upload an image I get the following erros :

Yes your watermarking was not setup correctly. No doubt empty or wrong watermark path or file and trying to use on the fly watermarking.
