Not sure how to upgrade.

I have looked around the forums and have not been able to find any answers to my questions, so here is what I would like to know:

I recently purchased PhotPost and the installation service. Having the luck that I do, vBulletin then released an upgrade from version 4.1.2 to 4.1.3 and the designer of my custom vBulletin theme also released an updated version of my theme to 4.1.3 that fixes some issues that the old version of the theme had.

How should I go about first upgrading vBulletin to the current release, my theme and then PhotoPost to version PhotoPost PHP Pro v7.1 (I am assuming that I currently have PhotoPost vBGallery v3.01). I can upgrade vBulletin and my theme on my own, but I really do not want to mess up the outstanding job Chuck did on the PhotoPost installation and would gladly pay for the upgrade.

vbulletin should have documentation on upgrading etc.

as far as Photopost you have the latest if your using either of those galleries.

Ok, but since I used the installation service, I am not sure if any PhotoPost files will be affected when I upgrade vBulletin. That is what I am worried about.

Edit: Sorry for not making myself clear. When the installation of PhotPost was made, were there any vBulletin file changed (edited)? If so, when I upgrade vBulletin those files would be affected and that is what I do not want to happen.
