no thumbnail after upgrade

Just did an upgrade to the latest PhotoPost Pro and now all the thumbnails on the main photopost page is replaced with a "No Thumbnail" image. Any idea how I can fix this?

what version did you upgrade from? I am not aware of any upgrade that would do only that. I know upgrading from 4.8-5.0 you rename files in the database and move them into new directories that can cause all photos to disappear if you do not do that upgrade or do it more than once. If you move servers your server path can change so which is it here.

Url to your install?

The thumbnails exist so I would suspect a path issue. You have checked the global and storage options in admin?

Thank goodness that's it! Now a few additional questions. What are:
1) Full path to HTML file containing head tags
2) Directory for backups?
This directory never exists on my server. What is it used for?
3) Full path to Header Include File, and Full path to Header Include File. What if I don't use them? Should I make them blank or type in some dummy path?

1 and 2 and 3 are whatever yours would be I would not know your answer there they are server specific. Those are header footer things and by default have dummy paths in there. Your integrated with vbulletin so those options have no bearing on the program since your using the vb header footer.

Great thanks. So as long as it's integrated with vBulletin I can ignore whatever values are in those fields. How about for the backups? Is there a routine backup or archive feature with PhotoPost? Does using vBulletin mean this feature is disabled?

well nothing is automatic in vb or photopost.

Backing things up is a manual process. Our backup utility is much like vb. If you already use vb backup thing and the photopost database tables are in the same database as vb then you do not need to use any other backup utility.
