upgrade instructions are located in the documentation folder of the downloaded code.
Basically you upload everything except the config files and install.php
You then run upgrade.php and select the version you have forward.

It says this when i go to the next step! Quote: |
This install script will upgrade your 6.2x to 7.0. Only run this upgrade if you have the 6.2x version of the database in place (either by previous upgrades or if upgrading in order to the latest).

The information is available here in the announcements and also in your downloaded code in the documentation folder under the file changelog.txt which shows the specifics on all the version upgrades.
