Have you uploaded all the required files or modified anything? I would suspect you have not uploaded all the new files.
For instance your missing a wording phrase PHOTO OPTIONS it displays right next to the dropdown at the top right of the photo display where your arrow is there. You must have recently upgraded from an older photopost if you did not see a photo options on the top right of the photo display.

Chuck, I re-uploaded all the changed files and still do not see the option to delete a photo.

Although the language file was not listed in the "files changed" I re-uploaded it to see if that was the problem and still, nothing.
I have 7.02 installed and fine. I uploaded ONLY the changed 7.03 files and now I have none of the additional text. I did not change any settings. Let me try and upload the old 7.02 files and see what happens. I will let you know......

I uploaded 7.02 showphoto.tmpl and all these links are present:

Move/Delete
Make Sticky
Make Index Thumb
Is it possible they are left out of the 7.03 file? My 7.02 file is 15k and the 7.03 file is only 11k. Something is missing.

Now your site is even more modified then when I looked the other day. You need download 7.03 and upload everything except the config files. You will most definately view fine then. Looking at your site your issues have to be caused by your code and or template modifications guaranteed.

Ok, I uploaded the entire 7.03 folder, without the config files. Now, still nothing! What is up? Is anyone else having this problem??

Look under the product options dropdown on the right top corner of the photo display you know see your wording this there so you definately had issues with older files.
Here is a screenshot of what I see

Yeah you must have missed the wording in post 4 telling you where it was. It has displayed there for quite some time even in the 6.2 series so you must have been using older templates even then.
