| No Comments on Index
We just installed latest version of script to A fanboy community image gallery for fan art - Fan Boy Artist Art Gallery and everything seems to be working ok, except I can't get the latest comments to show up on the index page.
In admin under index options I have "Show Last Comments column on Index?" set to yes. There are 4 comments currently available but they don't show.

Your last comments column is clearly shown. Are you referring to the comments box then under sidebar options you must turn on the undercats pal which shows the comments box.

Yes, that's it, turned it on and it's working thanks.
But is there a way to show more than 2 comments at a time on the index?

Also I have one other question. How can I make the comment box longer where the person adds their comments? Seems like ours is not wide enough. I like it to be as wide as your message board quick reply box.

Says 5, but it was only showing 2 -3 all day yesterday. It was showing 5 today, I guess there is a delay. I've set it to 10 now.
thanks
But what about my other question
How can I make the comment box longer where the person adds their comments? Seems like ours is not wide enough. I like it to be as wide as your message board quick reply box.

not sure what you mean that yours is too small? You can edit your quickcom or comments template as you wish. Ours here use the vb editor not the normal regular comments box.

I was wondering why there were no comments in the index.
This will definitely get more people to upload photos. |

all depends on what you want to move where comments under a photo or comments on the index.
I really can not get too indepth here about code hacking. On your index you simply move the include from the undercats pal maybe at the top of the indexhead template just a guess there.

| Index comments! Like the latest comments widget after turning the undercats pal on. I noticed that I can move the recent photos widget to the top, but not the recent comments. That should definitely go into the next version of photopost. It looks like you have all been pretty good at trying to add stuff that people suggested in your latest editions. I noticed that as I was browsing the site last night. |

Yeah you would have to put the include statement for the commentspal from undercats template into the index head template maybe.
