Upgrading from 6.23 to 7.02

Greetings!

I want to upgrade my version of PhotoPost Pro from 6.23 to 7.02. I have downloaded the latest version from the members area. The installation instructions discuss new installations; where (or what) are the directions for updating?

The upgrade documentation is in the documentation folder.

You basically upload everything except the config files and install file and run your upgrade and run the 6.2 to 7.0 upgrade.

Questions about the upgrade directions...

The directions say to upload all files except config-inc.php and install.php. But I shouldn't be uploading the data or uploads folders because that would overwrite my existing data and uploads folders, right? Are there other directories like that I should be careful of?

Edit: Disregard question. Upgrade completed. Now testing.
