Cant Access Admin PhotoPost Classifieds

I cant access the admin area.

This is the Administrator Record in cp_usergroups Table:
1 ADMINISTRATORS 1 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0

This is my Record in cp_users

I am using this URL:

Login - PhotoPost Classifieds

And getting this error:

You are not a valid administrator or moderator!

Also the cookies do not work, because when i access my forum and go back to classifieds i need to logon again (bad configuration of cookies, but i need to access the admin area to fix it)

You are never going to access admin panel if cookies are wrong.

phpbb3 uses a cookie name so on step4 of our install you need to enter the phpbb3 cookie name where asked and you should be installed fine then
