The error is still the same you have the wrong server path to your forum on the $vbpath line in config-int.php

I beleive that is covered under the FAQ.

Have you fixed to reflect the correct path.

In the config-int.php file the $vbpath line must reflect your correct server path to your forum files.

Yes customer service will not send out an install till that document is returned so now if you have done that then they should pass your install on to an installer.

I do not beleive customer services policies are all that difficult.

1. You purchase an install service.

2. You return the paperwork they send.

3. The work is performed.

The single most common issue is people forget to return the paperwork yet you are informed your work will not be done till the paperwork is returned. It is a liability issue. We need signed permission to access your server.

You just returned your install agreement to customer service about an hour ago.

They have sent me your install to do. However the admin login you sent does not work so please send a working admin login to vbulletin so we may complete your installation.
