Watermarks in Categories

I recently upgraded to 7.02 and Photopost (Chuck) did the upgrade. I specifically asked that the feature that allows me to specify the on-the-fly watermark for each category be operational. I thought that it was after the install, but now it is not working again.

For the default I specified a file called water02.png and this works globally. For certain folders I have specified an alternate watermark file. For example, in the category LHS/SoldiersOfTheGreatWar I specified a file called waterblank.png which is a clear file since I don't want to watermark images in that category.

However, the default watermark shows up everywhere.

Can you advise as to how I could get this feature to work?

the different watermark per category feature to my knowledge is a permanent watermark thing.

One the fly is a global thing meaning it is the global watermark

So if your trying to do different watermarks per category you need to use permanent watermarking.
