Vbulletin upgrade to 4.0 css issues

I have a problem with VB 4.0. The background url header I have is lost. I see some issues out there that say you need to have the full url for the path, but I'm not sure where this needs to be done. All of my other pages are pulling from the additional.css. I have no idea where Photo Post is pulling from. Any assistance would be great.

well please post links to forum and photopost so we can see whats wrong. I really have no idea whats wrong with your statement above. we simply pull the header and footer of vb and we most definately load the additional.css file so yes in your css you might want to make sure any urls to images are full url not relative paths.
