HTACCESS must reupload this file named to .htaccess in your photopost directory for SEO to work.

You do not need to run the upgrade script for this update; you only need update the changed files.

Can I go from 7.0 to 7.02, skipping 7.01, by just updating those files?

You need to upload any files in 7.01 and 7.02 announcements.

Got the 7.02 files from the Members download area. Don't see 7.01. But I see it was released in Jan 2010, and I upgraded pp to 7 in April ... is it possible I already have it? However the Admin Current Version notation is "7.0."

the changelog.txt file in the documentations folder of the download has all the changed files

My suggestion when upgrading is upload everything except the config files.
