Error: 1 on new install

I'm receiving this error on a Windows 2003 box when uploading a file:

Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 1

Command:

"C:\IM\mogrify.exe" -size 100x100 -quality 80 -geometry 100x100 -unsharp 10 D:/Program Files/Apache Software Foundation/Apache2.2/htdocs/gallery/data/500/thumbs/Double-Strike-2.jpg

I've had photopost installed on another 2003 box, but moved over to a new server. paths are all correct, removed profile (had to before, too)... any ideas?

Do uploads work if you set GD2 as the image processor?

Getting Imagemagick to work on windows can be very tricky.

Yeah gd works fine. I had imagemagick running on my other servers no problem but I remember I had to adjust permissions for something but hard to remember running 100 odd servers with diff configs. I thought it was cmd.exe but nope. Maybe I'll just stick with gd there is not much of a performance hit.

Yeah its all permissions. READ WRITE EXECUTE ON cmd.exe and the data and uploads directories. There is even the NT switch in image-inc.php if you try that also.

but if GD2 works there you go always a backup if you cant get Imagemagick to work. sometimes its impossible to get imagemagick working on some windows servers.
