Switched URLs - Issues importing database

Hello,

I switched URL's from uscoininfo.com to coinforums.com and am having issues importing the new mySQL database. The forum itself moved over fine, but when I try to import the gallery database I am receving a ton of errors. It basically begins with: Error while executing this query: INSERT INTO 'pp_cache' and then is around 50 pages of errors with all the data.

Any tricks into importing this? I am using MySQL Administrator, and like I said, the vbulletin forum imported without any problems.

Thanks!

Greg

well can you post the actual error.

Hard to comment without an error to see.

It would take up around 50 pages. The actual error IS "Error while executing this query: INSERT INTO 'pp_cache' " I found the problem though, you need to make sure Max packetlength to send/receive from the server is > 1M. 10M worked better. If anyone else has the error it is under MySQL Admin->Startup Variables->Advanced Networking Tab->Maximum Packet Size.

Okay thats fine that you solved it.

Like I said hard for us to assist if you do not post the exact issue.

For future reference the actual mysql error is whats listed after the part you posted with the actual query. That way if you have any issues you can post the error for someone to assist.
