Please help with install

I downloaded photopost and as far as I can tell, I am following all of the directions. I've even deleted it and reuploaded it three times.

I just get 404 errors when I try to run install.php. I can't tell what file it's not finding. I've checked and rechecked my permissions. I was a bit confused as it says to set all php files to 644 but then says to set the config-inc.php to 777.

Any ideas on what I could be doing wrong ?

Thanks in advance.

I changed them to 666 but now got 500 error. I did find the .new on my own

When I set the permissions I checked off to include all directories and files. Don't know if that relates to problem or not.

Please don't give up on me !
