Problems with smf2 integration

I had updated smf from 1.1.11 to 2.0 RC3 and should update PhotoPost from 6.1 to 7.01. But I don't get the integration with the user database in smf2 to work alright.

I had run upgrade.php and install.php to choose smf2 integration. But I can't log in after that. In the pp_settings table "User Registration System" still is set to smf. If I change that to smf2 I can log in, but "username", "usergroup", "Registered:" and "Posts" don't show up in comments.

You dont really update as these are two separate applications.

You need to upgrade photopost to the latest which supports SMF 2 as I dont beleive 6.1 supports it although it might but you need to run the install script and reinstall with smf 2 integration answering all the correct info.

Okay, so I should have updated PhotoPost before smf?

I tried with i fresh install of PhotoPost with smf2 integration, but I got the same problem. I had to change smf to smf2 in pp_settings table again. Now I can log in to PP but without admin rights because the user groups from smf are not imported.

If your installing correctly with the proper information on install you should be fine. You did input the correctly smf cookie name right?

Yes Cookie name is right. After I changed from smf to smf2 in pp_settings table I can login, but without admin rights.
I have tried several times now with installing PhotoPost from scratch onto my smf2 installation with the same result.

well make sure to reinstall with the proper database table info so you can grab the smf usergroups and set permissions.

There must be someting wrong with the installation script. I choose SMF 2.x integration in step 4, but smf (for smf 1) get stored in the database and no smf usergroups and set permissions.

That worked fine, thanks!

Next question is why I don't get user information to comments. Just ip-number is visible, not usernamne, "Registered:", "Location:" and "Posts".

The installation is still on a test server, I waite to upgrade my site untill I see that everyting works first.

I had tested both to upgrade and reinstall on a old version, and new installation.

The html-code:

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
And it looks like this:

I am really not sure what you mean here. I visited your site with the login you gave me and login without any issues. I went to your admin panel and even changed a setting so you could see I logged in fine
