| Watermarking not working
We recently corrected some insecure permissions on our photopost installation. All the directories are set to their correct permissions PER the installation instructions. The water mark file is accessible by the webserver. But it is not applying to the images when new images are uploaded. There are no errors in the httpd error log.
What is wrong and how do we fix this?
Thanks.

now you have me curious what did you do that made it not work, and more important, what would someone do to fix it
I'm wondering, because I am thinking to ask my members if they would like me to turn that feature on.

Yep, I knew it was an admin function to turn it on. I also noticed a section that asked for on the fly. What is the difference between permanent and on the fly?
I'm guessing that if I turn on the protection, it ask each time you upload if you want to use watermarking?

On the fly means a watermark is overlayed over the image, the actual image is not watermarked.
Permanent watermarking is where the actual image is permanently altered with a watermark.

Jim my suggestion is to verify your correct server path to the watermark is entered. Also an answer to your question all depends on what type of watermarking your doing.
