Question vB4.0.1 Installation + PhotoPost

Hello!

I have a quick question.
I had vB 3.8.x , with PhotoPost running just fine (with vBGallery).

I upgraded to vB 4.0.1

Do I have to do something in order to disable it, temporarily?
Until the version for vB4 is out of a Beta-stage?

Where could I check?

Thank you very much for your help!

You can turn your gallery off in the admin panel.

Thank you for your reply!
Where in Admin CP?
In the vB Admin CP?
Or in the Photo Post CP?

In vB's Admin CP, I went to Plugins & Products >> Manage Products
Yet there's no "Photo Post" product there.

Am I missing something basic?
Thanks for all the work Chuck!

I look forward to re-integration with vB4

You can disable the product under the plugins section.

AdminCP => Manage Plugins => Products find your product and under the dropdown hit disable.

Thanks!
Apparently, it isn't installed.

The vB 4 upgrade didn't run it along with it?
No problem in my part... just odd that I have a vB 3.8 mod that appeared in the new installation.

Thought PhotoPost would be too... yet found everything without mention of Photo Post.
Thank you for the time!

Some more info:
In vB Admin CP >> Plugins & Products >> Manage Products
In that list, I have 16 items, yet "Photo Post" isn't listed.

In Admin CP >> Plugins & Products >> Plugin Manager
I have various "item headers" with sub-entries, yet in all of those Photo Post" isn't listed or named.

Might have there been a hiccup from the beginning?

well then your not using vbGallery

I guess it all depends on what product your using so whats the gallery url?

If you have old Photopost pro plugins in your vb those would be no good. Only Pro 7.01 is compatible with vb4 and the mod corner has its own set of vb4 compatible mods.

I don't remember the exact url.
The installation is @ Main Index - My Photo Gallery

Sorry for the lack of information/knowledge about the setup on my part.
Going to go check out Pro 7.01
I do not remember which software version was the one we acquired.

Thanks!

=====
EDIT:
Actually, something does come up in the above referenced URL.
Any suggestions?
Upgrade to Pro 7.01?

Yes that is PhotoPost Pro so you would need to upgrade to 7.01 to support vb 4.01

Hello again Chuck,

Excellent.
Question, what would you suggest for the upgrade?

We would like to upgrade to the latest Photo Post (for vB 4.0.1 integration) and your excellent Classifieds software.

Is it prudent to make the installation at the moment?
Wait until 4.0.2 comes out?

What would you suggest?

Thank you for your time!

Alberto being since you have already upgraded the forum you want to upgrade your gallery.

So if you want us to upgrade your gallery and install classifieds on your site to integrate with your vb4 forum here is what you need to buy from our online store

1. A classifieds license

2. An upgrade service for your gallery

3. An install service for your new classifieds
