1. Try turning off your category cache

2. Make sure you have selected the proper image processor for your server.

3. Try again making sure category cache is off and have you ran all your required upgrades?

This message is about a week old but I went out of twn and now I am back and still having # 2 issue.

When I view phpinfo, I know that I have both GD2 and ImageMagick installed. So when I choose ImageMagick in Imaging Integration (IM or GD) and trie dto uplaod an image, I got this error message
Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
My setting in config-inc.php is: $mogrify_command = "/usr/bin/X11/mogrify";

So I tried to switch to GD2 and tried to upload, the picture still pixelated like attached image

Please help me to solve this issue

Thanks

Error 127 means path not found to mogrify - you'll want to double check to make sure that is the right path and the web server has access to the executable.

I am on a shared web hosting server, is there a way to find out what the path to Mogrify path is?

What about the pixelated picture when using GD2? How to fix that?

You would need to contact your host about the path to mogrify.

You can view in admin the phpinfo and see which version of GD2 you have or whether its GD2. Then under admin global options make sure you set the processor to GD2 or GD1.

My phpinfo shows GD as below

gd
GD Support enabled
GD Version bundled (2.0.34 compatible)
FreeType Support enabled
FreeType Linkage with freetype
FreeType Version 2.1.9
GIF Read Support enabled
GIF Create Support enabled
JPG Support enabled
PNG Support enabled
WBMP Support enabled
XPM Support enabled
XBM Support enabled

That means I already have GD version 2.0.34 installed. and also under admin -> all options -> image processor, I choose GD2

And yes, the probem about pixelated picture is still there? So what is wrong?

Your ultra sure you have GD2 selected there not GD1 because what your describing is exactly that issue. Usually that means one has the wrong GD version selected in global options. Anyway if you have selected GD2 and have GD2 and have pixelated images then your GD2 install does not appear to work and needs to be recompiled to work correctly. You can contact us through the contact us link and give an admin login and we can give you a direct opinion.
