Error at Step 4 of Installation

Hey all,

Looking for some help to finish the installation of PhotoPost on my forum. Im getting an error saying unable to create/write.

Im using godaddy and i am unsure of what or how to change permissions (ex. chmod 777). The only changes i can make are rear / write / execute. I have a feeling i have to change some files to "execute", but unsure exactly which ones. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the tip, Chuck. I have been using that through my installation. I managed to get all the way through to the Visual Integration with my VB3 Forum. However when i try and type the URL into my browser i get the follow...
