error with first step of upgrade!

Hello,

I want to upgrade to PP7 and still with vB 3.8.3

I just upload all files and run upgrade.php and appear to me error message :

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/****/public_html/atlas/upgrade.php on line 2486


what I can do ?!!!

Note: I have problem to log-in to admincp in PP not solved yet! I written about it here:

Try reuploading the file as you apparently have a corrupt upload.

but I still can't show adminCP !

If your application is properly installed you should have no problems accessing the control panel.

I chcked my vb cookies setting it was like what you write exactilly!

my PP after installation work very fine until before 3 monthes when i access CP I see only WHITE BLANK web page !!
