How much memory are you using in PHP?

I have never seen a memory error trying to load the vb header.

Determining the issue is more crutial. That error says his php memory is at 100mb which is quite high.

This is correct. But there might be other memoryhungry web-applications on this server or user-webspace, such as forums or blogs.

i play with the pho memory settings and inside the pp-inc.php.

only the value of Allowed memory size of 100663296 bytes will change.
