No large Image Link after Upgrade

After the upgrade from 6.23 to 7.0 I have no Large Image Link. When I click on an image there will not showing the large image. The Lightbox integration doesn´t work.

The picture Size is 2400x730

Save and display large and medium Images is set to YES

Thanks yes you will want to use the popup window to view the large before we can look at the large displaying without a popup
