Wrong version in config?
When installing photopost7, why does config-inc.php.NEW still show $VERSION = "6.23"?

I also don't see $cookie_domain, which is mentioned in the upgrade instructions. It makes me think I downloaded the wrong version.

That would not matter. If your config is updated on install or in admin it will write 7.0 but our version really is not stored in the config for some time. Your version is stored in the database and shown in admin statistics.
