Problem with paged comments

if the thread comments is paged, the link bottom the comments to go next page of coments and the "more" link do not work, see this:

is possible to resolve this problem increasing the number of comment in showphoto admin setting, but I think is a bug...

I dont have commenting on my site so not like I can test that

Yes, if I turn off the SEO option the paged link work...

HMM okay I will let you know have to look at htaccess and the mod rewrite rules
