PHP Error Happening again on V7

Hi Chuck, I'm working on upgrading to V7 this morning and I'm getting the same error with V7 and was getting with V6.23 (the garbled characters) hoping you could provide a fix for this new install. What version of PHP would I need to install to clear up this problem?

I was running the upgrade and it returned the garbled characters.

I also checked the config.inc.new and didn't see any mention of the cookies settings you refered to.

FYI - You just fixed this for me at my cruise-addicts.com domain, I also sent you this not via email as well.

Comment out the flush(); lines in adm-misc.php like so

//flush();

Thats a bug in your specific version of PHP so it would not be in the actual downloaded code since we would want flush to be there.

What version of PHP are you finding is bug free? I can have my host install it or ask for a cleaner version. We use rackspace.
