DB Scan Problems in VBGALLERY & PhotoPost PRO

Hi, I was having this issue with VBGALLERY and now I was able to IMPORT to PhotoPost 6.23. All seems well with the data but, I'm getting a white screen and garbled characters when I attempt to run the DB scan.

It looks like this (below):

WmoHίX:%Uj"D!o4]= kow A58 Mu}yegg`{;Ĥz_>tq}M.yt }2 p怓tMxRgb5,5N/6N Bp#K= ta\訂Ӡ<2J8bBvONQa ,W R4 .SItdf03n|

I had a similiar problem with Vbulletin Admin page and their support people told me this whan I asked what the issue was, they said: "There was a problem with how the page was built. When trying to flush() the content that was already displayed the text was garbled."

I hope this helps, like I mentioned this only shows when trying to implement a scan of the DB on both VbGallery and now PhotoPost PRO 6.23

(I have sent my login and AdminPanel info via email).

Hi Chuck, I just completed the fresh install of PP PRO 6.23 and the import from VbGallery 2.5 for VB 3.8.

I'm unfortunately still getting the garbled text when I try to do something on the scan database. It does seem to be working on some of the choices but, returns the garbled characters. One thing I'm not having luck with so far is "d. Set your medium size threshold in Upload Options and under Scan Database rebuild your medium images. " This isn't working for me it seems. When I click on a photo its only showing what looks like the original photos which are very large (some 2000x2000 etc). So this is big issue I'm trying to fix.

I appreciate your help.

Okay well I would be happy to know what vbulletin did to fix their software.

Feel free to send us your ftp info as well as the url admin login. The issue is really something in your server hosting setup if it affects every piece of software on your site. If I can figure out why its doing it we can fix it but personally have never seen this issue.
