Tried sending the email again but all I'm getting is the email failure notice?

I was copied on an email customer service sent you. They essentially asked you how you sent in your install document fax or email. They told you they have recieved nothing from you and if your getting email failures then you have some sort of email issue I would think
try faxing the document to 1-443-264-2555

Nothing wrong with my email, your one is the only one that I can't sent to.
I've sent it to your email Chuck as I don't have a fax, no error message back as yet.

Well I am not sure what email your referring to your trying to send to me but all emails are valid here. You dont have my personal email addresses that I know of. You can email us through the contact us link in our header.
We get email all day long. What exact error are you getting? Your telling me you dont have an email issue but you keep posting about errors your getting so lets see that error.
You can always fax it from a kinko's or postal supply store if you dont have a fax at home.

I've been emailing all day to and don't any any errors except from you guys 
Been sending to custserv@photopost.com & chuck@photopost.com and get error message.
But I can't show it as it keeps freezing my browsers when I try to open it
Sent the docs as images through your contact us at the top of the forum.

Customer service will process this and send it to the installer who will be me. Once they send it I can install it.
