New Install - no permissions to upload.

This is a new install - vbulletin and pp pro - I can post new messages in the forum but when I go to the pp gallery and try to upload a photo it reads "Sorry, you don't have permission to upload photos." - I'm sure it's a config error on my part but not sure where to look to correct.

As admin login and hit the admin link and go to edit usergroups in admin panel and set permissions for each usergroup.

That got me much further than before now while uploading i get this error

Problem running JPEGTRAN:

"/usr/bin/jpegtran" -copy none /home5/harrodsh/public_html/photopost/data/2/18-m.jpg

Error Code: 1

It must be a path issue ... i just removed /usr/bin/jpegtran and the upload worked fine.

Not a problem most likely an issue with jpegtran
