Question Upgrade from vBGallery?

I've searched around and reviewed the instructions on how to install PhotoPost and am unable to find instructions on how to upgrade from vBGallery to PhotoPost.

Also all I saw about how to integrate the FULL version of PhotoPost with vBulletin is that 1.) It's possible and 2.) At the end of the install instructions it mentions Visual Integration with vBulletin. 3.) Also it is mentioned about user registration/authentication (in step #4).

CONCERN #1
If I already have vBGallery installed, do I need to uninstall it or does the installation of PhotoPost migrate it. (I just don't want my database or vBulletin to get messy with multiple photo installations).

CONCERN #2
What I am curious about is the integration in the NavBar (mainly under Community it has Pictures & Albums and points to the vBulletin photo management and I would like it changed to PhotoPost).

Thanks for your help.

CONCERN #1

These are two separate products not related in any way codewise. You would need to actually import the vbgallery content to photopost and make sure everything is fine then uninstall the vbgallery.

CONCERN #2

I beleive you can turn off in vbulletin section the ability to use the little profile photo thing in vbulletin.

I think in the User Profile Options in vBulletin Options in Admin you can unselect albums to turn off this feature.

Thank You for the quick response.

Do you have a link to a forum or instructions somewhere on how to uninstall the vBGallery?

I'm very new to vBulletin so I want to make sure I get instruction versus just start deleting stuff.

If it gets removed in vBulletin, does that mean it gets removed from the SQL database or is that a manual process?

The install script for vbGallery has an uninstall process and it removes all the sql and plugins from vbulletin in the database.
