Question Cannot Upload Videos

Hello -

I just purchased and installed photopost pro yesterday and I am unable to upload videos. I am testing it with a small 220k .mov file and it just says "Processing Upload, Please Wait" but it never loads, it just gets stuck there. I am not sure what I am doing wrong.

Thank You.

P.S. I can upload photos just fine.

Hi Chuck,

Thank you for your response. By Stuck I mean it just sits on the loading page saying "Processing, Please Wait" but it never loads and never leaves that page, not even 15 minutes later. I have to amend my last question to reflect that this issue is occurring in Safari, I tried it in Firefox and it quickly processed and delivered the page that had the red quicktime text. When I click on the picture of the quicktime red text thumbnail, nothing occurs it doesn't actually go anywhere. Not sure if it's suppose to display inline or link to the direct URL when clicked, but it doesn't. If I use the code to drop it in manually into the URL area of the browser, the video is there. But still none of that works for me is Safari.

Can I email or PM you the login/Password. I'd rather not post it in an open forum.

Thank you for your help
