Internal Server Error (again)

Internal Server Error

Hi, I had this problem about a month ago and was able to get it working using alot of the tips suggested here. I don't think it would be a time out issue like last time as I have changed everything I needed too??

One of our users emailed me this morning saying they had the same error when they try and upload (what she emailed is below) and this time I am stuck. I had no issues uploading and was even able to upload as her username but she still can't.

Hope all that makes sense, it's getting late here in Australia!

I'm pretty new to this but can follow instructions if you need me to alter a file etc.
I'm running GD2 not ImageMagick

Hopefully someone may be able to help me??
Not sure what other info you may need but can supply it if needed.
Thanks,
Jodee

Thankyou for your quick reply,
I actually changed this the last time we had the error! I just double checked it and it was the way it should be (even copied and pasted it just in case I had typed it in wrong last time) so I'm really stuck as to what it could be??

Have you tried raising it to say maybe 60M?

Do you cleared all uploads numeric folder under the uploads directories to unclog anyones uploads directory?

OK I've upped it to 60M and there were a few files in some of the folders in the uploads directory which I deleted using FTP program, is that what you meant for me to do??
I'll get her to try and upload again now and see if it works.

Thanks for your help.
